Amidst this complexity, Mountain Valley Spring found itself overshadowed.
Our mission was clear: rediscover what defines Mountain Valley as America’s original premium water brand. We swiftly recognized that its essence lies in its American roots, a quality that sets it apart and gives it a unique appeal. Leveraging this insight, we embarked on a journey to craft an American lifestyle brand rather than just a water company, reigniting America’s love affair with Mountain Valley Spring.
Our collaboration arrived at a pivotal moment in the brand’s evolution. With minimal online presence and reliance on local establishments for brand visibility.
Mountain Valley Spring needed to embrace storytelling to reshape its narrative. We endeavored to shift its image from being perceived as outdated to reclaiming its status as America’s oldest water brand. This involved reconnecting with the brand’s origins, celebrating its natural spring source, and embracing the rich tapestry of American heritage woven into its story.
Since our work, Mountain Valley Spring Water has experienced notable successes. It has garnered attention from celebrities, witnessed increased adoption in independent stores, and expanded its presence to most Whole Foods locations nationwide. Additionally, there has been a significant uptick in online home delivery sign-ups.
